Olympus Cell and Tissue Culture Dishes are offered in five different sizes and are available tissue culture treated or non-treated. Distorsion free, completely flat growth surfaces provide even and consistent cell growth for optimal proliferation of cells. Our unique gripping ring feature on 60, 70 and 100 mm dishes offers a ridged, protruding edge on the dish base for easier handling and to prevent accidental lid lift off. Molded spacers on the base of the dishes allow heat and gas exchange between stacked units and speed up acclimation to 37°C. Dishes are supplied with vented lids, are sterilized by gamma radiation and are certified RNase, DNase and Pyrogen Free.

Dishes are packaged in easy to open sealed plastic sleeves. Every package is printed with lot number for quality traceability.

Description

Olympus Cell and Tissue Culture Flasks are offered in 12.5, 25, 75, 182 cm2 sizes and are available tissue culture treated or non-treated. Distortion free, completely flat growth surfaces provide even and consistent cell growth for optimal proliferation of cells. Flasks are graduated with a frosted writing area and feature a wide, angled neck design that offers 100% access for washing and retrieving cells. All flasks are available with your choice of vented or plug seal caps. Vented caps feature a 0.22µm hydrophobic membrane filter that allows gas exchange and excludes bacterial and fungal contaminates. Plug seal caps provide an air tight seal or allow gas exchange with a one quarter turn of the cap. The pronounced rim allows for easy stacking and molded spacers on the base create venting gaps that allow heat and gas exchange between stacked units to speed up acclimation to 37ºC. All flasks are sterilized by gamma irradiation and certified RNase, DNase and Pyrogen Free.

Olympus PES syringe filters offer the lowest protein binding and fastest flow rates. They are suitable for pre-filtration and filtration of buffers and cell culture media. Syringe filters are rigorously quality tested for filter efficacy and housing integrity and offer 3-5 times faster, more reliable filtration. The luer lock design ensures that the filter housing stays connected to the syringe during filtration and low hold-up volumes of <50ul (13mm) and <100ul (30mm) ensure accurate sample recovery. 30mm sizes rest securely over the tops of 50ml tubes. Each syringe is packaged in a durable paper/plastic hermetically sealed pouch that is lot # traceable and certified sterile, non-pyrogenic.

Olympus Cell Scrapers are designed for harvesting cells from tissue culture flasks, dishes or bottles. The handle is 25cm in length with a flexible blade 20mm in width. The scraper is available with the blade positioned parallel to the handle (Scraper) or perpendicular to the handle (Lifter). With one quick turn, the pivoting blade can be switched from either parallel or perpendicular to handle position. Cell scrapers are non-pyrogenic and gamma irradiation sterilized. Packaged in individual paper/plastic wrap.
